1. Scope of Services
Pet Track is a digital pet health tracking, vaccine schedule, and clinic pairing utility. Services are provided by Mustafa Barbaros Köklü (Kocaeli, Türkiye).
2. Non-Veterinary Disclaimer (Law No. 6343 Compliance)
Pet Track is NOT a veterinary clinic, hospital, or telemedicine healthcare provider under Law No. 6343 on the Practice of Veterinary Medicine. The platform operates strictly as a personal digital health agenda and reminder tool for records entered by owners or synced from authorized clinics. All vaccine schedules, medication alerts, and informational content are for organizational purposes only and do not constitute official health certificates, medical diagnoses, or treatment plans. Medical decisions, prescriptions, and immunizations remain strictly under the authority of licensed veterinarians.
3. Limitation of Technical Liability
Bluetooth proximity tags and reminder notifications do not substitute for direct human supervision. Pet owners bear sole responsibility for the physical confinement and safety of their pets. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law, save for gross negligence or willful intent.
4. Independent Veterinary Responsibility
Veterinary practitioners accessing health records via owner-generated OTP codes act as independent data controllers for their clinic patient files. Pet Track is not liable for medical diagnoses, treatments, or independent clinic data practices.
5. Intermediary Service Provider Status
Promotional merchant deals are offered by independent partner pet shops. Under Law No. 6563, Pet Track acts strictly as an intermediary service provider and assumes no warranty for merchant goods or services.
6. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
Governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Enforcement Directorates of Kocaeli, Türkiye, preserving statutory consumer arbitration rights.
