2. Zero Server Location Policy
Pet Track processes Bluetooth RSSI proximity data locally on your device. No GPS collar tracking exists, and no location coordinates or route histories are ever transmitted to or stored on our servers.
3. International Data Transfers
Your data is hosted in Frankfurt, Germany (EU). Certain third-party services (Expo Push, Apple, Google) are located outside Türkiye and the EEA. Our transfers are not based on explicit consent, as continuous hosting and push services do not meet the occasional transfer exception under KVKK Art. 9/6.
4. Voluntary Veterinary Pairing
Pet health records are shared with veterinary practitioners strictly on the basis of explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1) via owner-generated 6-digit OTP codes. Consent can be revoked instantly at any time via the app.
